Heapey Church

Including Policies

St Barnabas' Church, Heapey is a friendly, evangelical Church just outside Chorley, Lancashire in the diocese of Blackburn.

Our purpose is simply to be the church that God wants us to be, to grow in our understanding and love of Jesus Christ and to tell others about Him. It is our belief that God has told us all the things we need to know in the Bible.

We meet at 9.30 on Sunday mornings and our congregation is a mixture of all ages.

Why not give us a try. You will be most welcome.

We are part of the Heapey with Withnell benefice, with our sister church St Paul's.  Together we serve the Villages of Abbey Village, Brinscall, Heapey, Higher Wheelton, Wheelton, Withnell and Withnell Fold.  We are a foundation parish for school admissions for both Brinscall St John's Church of England and Methodist Primary School and St Michael's High School Chorley.

Meet Our New Vicar

Ben will join us from Sunday 1st September. Find out more about him here
